Website Terms of Use
Using Our Website
By accessing or using the M&K Carpentry website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using the website.
General Information Only
Website content provides general information about M&K Carpentry, our services and examples of previous work. It does not constitute a quotation, binding offer, legal advice, engineering advice, insurance advice, building-certification advice or a guarantee that we can accept or complete a project.
Every proposed project requires an individual assessment before work can be quoted or accepted.
Accuracy and Availability
We take reasonable care when preparing website content but do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free. Content may be updated, removed or changed without notice, and website access may occasionally be interrupted.
Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry, quotation request, Careers application or website form does not create a contract, reserve a project date, guarantee work or employment, or require M&K Carpentry to provide a quotation.
A binding project agreement exists only after a quotation or written agreement has been issued and accepted, any required deposit has been paid, and stated conditions or approvals have been satisfied.
Project Photography
Photographs and videos are examples of previous projects, capability and workmanship. They do not guarantee identical outcomes because every project is affected by site conditions, existing structures, materials, design requirements, approvals, budget, weather and access.
Capability Information
Information on our Capability Statement page is a general summary of our services and experience. Government departments, businesses, organisations, builders and project partners may contact us to request a detailed Capability Statement. Providing capability information is not a tender response, contractual commitment or guarantee of availability.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, photographs, graphics, documents and project information are owned by or licensed to M&K Carpentry. Content must not be copied, modified, republished or used commercially without written permission.
Third-Party Links

Acceptable Use
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious software, submit false or abusive material, or exploit website content without permission.
Liability and Consumer Rights
To the extent permitted by law, M&K Carpentry is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
